      Nice tasting shake

      I’ve purchased the chocolate, strawberry and the salted caramel, the salted caramel is my favorite flavor. As for shakes go, they are pretty tasty, however, if you re drinking them as meal replacement you will definitely need to either have strong will or eat small snacks since they are not very filling and will leave you hungry. In terms of collagen or what not I haven’t noticed any significant differences yet as I’ve only been drinking it for less than a month now and I take one bottle a day.

      Amazing Product

      Since I started on these my bloating had been so much better even if I do treat myself I get no where near as bloated as I use to ! Feeling more energised, happier and healthier overall, tastes amazing I use oat milk or water. Ive tried iced coffee and the Chocolate tastes like an up and go. I always recommend to anyone I know now!
